We want you to love your Pink Lily finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be deducted from your total store credit amount.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off & Relax
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your store credit will be issued via email.
